除了離機場比較近，其他都一般般，房間裝修很舊，洗手池都是破的，衞生也不是很好，入住的時候洗手間到處濕漉漉的，服務也一般，我定的大床房，結果給我的是雙床房，找前台想換房間説是沒房了，預訂的時候沒房了為啥要接訂單呢，總體體驗感不是很好

This staff is so rude I book in this hotel yesterday but I did not stay because I have my friend with me to sleep over only going back to Abu Dhabi this early in the morning but this rude staff guy did not allowed us to stay in the hotel his reason is only me can stay although my room is fitted to 2 Person I don’t recommend this hotel to other my colleague I’m so disappointed ☹️

我的兩個戒指落在酒店的微波爐上面了 回去找 酒店前台就説沒有！本來今天下午退房的 昨天晚上就退了 第一天來的時候就是給我們的房間很不乾淨 然後本來想直接退的 但是經理説給我們換一個 我們也不是為難別人的人 雖然也沒有特別乾淨但是還能湊合 我們也就住下來了 但是很氣 明明戒指就是遺忘在酒店怎麼可能沒有 反正大家避雷 不要去！！！

i don't recommend you to try this hotel at all. I have mentioned in my request that I have Asthma and they gave me a room full of dust and has humidity smell and at the end they didn't didn't refund me my money. I swear to go they are the worst

Очень удобный и гостеприимный отель. Я не жалею, что выбрал и по ценам тоже выгодно. И там есть парень, который работает на кухне. Мухтар хусейнн. Он во всем нам помогал. Все объяснил. Рекомендую.

Outstanding Service at Pearl Executive Hotel, Deira I had a wonderful stay at the Pearl Executive Hotel in Deira, and I want to sincerely thank the amazing staff who made my experience extra special. Thi and Mya at the front desk were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness and efficiency made check-in and any questions during my stay so smooth and pleasant. Salam, the security/doorman, was always courteous and attentive, creating a warm and safe atmosphere from the moment I walked in and every time I returned. A special thank you to Burhan, the room attendant, for keeping my room impeccably clean and comfortable every day. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. And to Imran, the housekeeping supervisor, thank you for your leadership and ensuring that everything was always in perfect order. This team truly represents the heart of hospitality. I’m grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout my stay.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. Pictures doesn’t reflect reality. Hotel is outdated, hygiene is not their priority and noisy. Staff is 50-50 helpful, seems like if you don’t like it, leave. Location is convenient, that is only good thing. I will not stay there again if I’m in Dubai.

They are very bad staff and didn’t respect to guests… I think in they are country nobody give them jobs but when staying Dubai change mind to be bad or thinking have a power ! This is what I am thinking to that women working in reception.
